We are looking for a talented and motivated B2B Cold Caller (Telemarketer) to join our team. This is a part time position. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients and generating appointments for our Sales Manager. You’ll have access to a well-prepared script and a list of prospects to call, and your primary goal will be to build a rapport, showcase the value of our digital marketing services, and secure appointments.
- Cold Calling: Place outbound calls to businesses in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients interested in digital marketing services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our Sales Manager with qualified leads.
- Script Utilization: Effectively use provided scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our services to present them persuasively.
- Objection Handling: Address prospect concerns and objections in a respectful and convincing manner.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Ability to persuade and engage potential clients without being pushy.
- Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in B2B cold calling or telemarketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services is a bonus but not required.
