This is the story of a husband and wife dental team that had been in business for over two decades. Situated in the northern suburbs of a large metropolitan area, they were doing ok, but they were not thriving.

With changing demographics, evolving technology, and increasing competition, they needed to increase their digital presence and boost new patient acquisition through marketing and advertising. That is why they had sought the services of another digital marketing firm before finding New Wine. However, the results from that company were not what they had hoped.

The dental team came to New Wine because they were not satisfied with the results their current digital marketing agency was delivering. They had a generic-looking website with poorly written content. They had a blog, but it was not having the impact they wanted. At the end of the day, they were not able to say how much business they were getting with the amount that they were spending on digital marketing for their practice.

Strategy Development and Implementation

We quickly established that acquiring new patients by ranking for local traffic was a key objective. With that in mind, we designed and launched a new website for this dental practice. All the new copy was freshly written and tailored to reflect their company. Then, once the new site was up, New Wine published fresh blog content 3-4 times a month for a sustained period. Additionally, we cleaned up all third-party directory listings to standardize their name, address, and phone number. We also launched a very targeted paid search campaign to supplement organic strategies and boost new patients for specific services.
